JENYEWEN partners with local businesses to design, produce, and sell their branded merchandise. Products are made to order through third-party production partners and shipped directly to you.
Purchases are processed through our Shopify-powered store. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error); if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. Because items are printed on demand, production begins shortly after you order.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Because every item is made to order, we accept returns or offer replacements for defective, damaged, or misprinted items — contact info@jenyewen.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection, so please check the size guide. Our full store policies at checkout control where they differ.
The JENYEWEN name, site design, and original content belong to us. Partner brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used under license. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce designs from this site or our products.
When you submit information through our contact form, you confirm it's accurate and that you're authorized to act for the business you name.
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
